Brandon John Armet
Brandon was born in Rocky Mountain House on July 5, 1983, the second child and only son of John and Wendy (nee Antonation). Brandon had a lifelong passion for hockey. Growing up, he was part of a team that won provincials several times along with winning gold at the Alberta Winter Games. Brandon treasured time spent with his children who were the light of his life. He had a playful nature, whether it was playing street hockey or building Lego and he was active in their lives. Brandon was active in the community. He was unwavering in his support of youth sports and spent hours volunteering. He was always ready to jump in and help, to try new things and to learn. Brandon was passionate about travelling and seeing new places. Brandon is survived by his children: Madison and Kyden, father John, sisters Amber (Brady) and Chauntal (Kris), grandmother Maxine, nieces Laura and Maisie and nephew Gordon. Brandon was predeceased by his mother Wendy, grandfathers James and Boris and grandmother Diane. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association in Brandon’s name. |
