Dale Denis AuBuchon
July 8, 1937 – May 4, 2026

Dale passed away peacefully on May 4, 2026, at the age of 88, in Camrose, Alta., after his brave battle with Lewy Body Dementia.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Diane AuBuchon, his son Randy (Sheri) AuBuchon, his daughter Cheryl Verhaeghe, his son Court (Chanté) AuBuchon; grandchildren: Brittany, Jennifer, Jaylene, Crystal, Stephanie, Merrick and Ronan; nine great-grandchildren: Axtyn, Beau, Oaklynn, Zayda, Remi, Leo, Sullivan, Beckett and Mila; also by his sister Joan (Norm) Engman and his brother Gary AuBuchon.

Dale was pre-deceased by two sons: Jim AuBuchon and Clinton Daniel AuBuchon, also by his first wife Beryle Jennings.

Dale was raised in Red Deer and the call of the beautiful hills northeast of Rocky drew him there. He loved this land with the beautiful views of the valley and mountains and he lived there until it was time to go into care.

Dale’s family would like to thank the staff at the Rose Haven Treatment Program, Camrose, for the compassionate care they provided.

Please join us on May 30 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Rocky Mountain House from
1 to 3 p.m. for a coffee/tea and a sandwich as we celebrate Dale’s life.
